Richard Pratt

Richard Pratt is Head of School at Avenues, Shenzhen. He was previously Director of Education at Charterhouse Asia; a member of the Global Education Design team at Whittle School and Studios, and Director of the Hangzhou Campus of Chinese International School.

Before joining the international school world he spent fifteen years as a teacher at Eton College, seven of them as a Housemaster. He graduated from the University of Oxford and has Master's degrees in Psychology and Education Management from the Open University and University College, London respectively. He holds teaching qualifications from the Universities of Huddersfield and Melbourne.
