Our Story
While managing the APAC division of a leading global education organisation, EDP Group co-founder Stephanie Hobler encountered a recurring problem; a lack of high-quality, affordable and accessible online professional development courses.
Her solution was to create EDP's first offering, TeachUp.
With the support of co-founder Daniel Boyd, TeachUp was established. From São Paulo to Singapore, TeachUp is committed to keeping educators engaged through innovative multilingual courses.
EDP continues to develop innovative educational products that support schools around the globe.

Daniel is EDP Group’s Director of Education and comes with extensive experience in the world of education. Graduating with a Bachelor’s of Education from the University of Wales in 2001, Daniel has over 20 years of teaching and leading experience across the UK, UAE, China and Hong Kong. Read more
